The one bedroom beach apartments, measuring 53 sqm, in colonial architecture feature high ceilings, air conditioning and are finished with dark wooden floor in the bedrooms and ceramic tile in the living areas. The decoration reflects the colonial ambiance and gives it a distinct flavor.
The two bedroom apartments, measuring 83 sqm, with a dressing room and an oversized bath are as luxurious as their one bedroom counterparts.

Hotelier Club - 5% per annum guaranteed return, four weeks of free use, full five star hotel service in full ownership and free hold
Residential - for a traditional free hold purchase.

Cor di Mar is located on the west side of the Ponta Bicuda peninsula, facing the bay of Praia, the city capital of both the Santiago Island and Cape Verde. This resort is the heart of Ponta Bicuda, it includes the downtown area with all the major brands and most of the restaurants and services. The SPA, the central green area, the gym, the cricket club, the yacht club and the beach club are all in or around Cor di Mar. The beach, the beach access and the boardwalk promenade are all serviced through this village, giving it a structuring role in terms of urbanism.
